Made to order
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is cut and sewn for you after you order it, which takes 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery time is added to that. If you need something for a particular date, write to francoise@mrsfrancoise.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Shipping is free on orders over €470,00 within Europe and over €400,00 to the United States. Free shipping does not apply to Asia, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
All orders are shipped with FedEx and travel tracked and insured. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown to customers in the European Union include Italian VAT. For destinations outside the European Union, VAT is deducted at checkout, and import duties and taxes are not included in the price: they are charged by the carrier on delivery, according to the rules of the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Addresses
We can only ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it before confirming: once a parcel has left us we cannot redirect it. Parcels returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody collected them can be reshipped at your expense.
